出来あがったブローチは、今回のワークショップの様子のピクチャーブックともに、

日本をはじめＮＹ，シンガポール他、世界各地で販売予定です。

センターの今後の活動に生かされます。

 

The done broochs are due to sell with the picture book of the situation of this workshop in every corner of the earth besides NY and Singapore including Japan. It is efficiently employed in activity of the future of a center.

ラオスには美しい伝統的な刺繍の文化があります。

ジュエリーを制作するワークショップでは、

伝統と、自由なクリエイティブな精神に注目しました。

 

ジュエリーＷＳの一日目は、ビエンチャンの市場で見つけてきた材料で「世界で一つだけのブローチ、自分が美しいと思うブローチを見せて」と子どもたちに話しました。

これは美術の授業もない子どもたちにとって、全く初めてのことです。

 

伝統を離れて自分たちで新しいものをつくりだすことは、混乱と戸惑いを生んでしまうのではないか、、という私たちの心配をよそに、

参加してくれた子どもたちは、陽が落ちで辺りが暗くなっても、制作の手をとめませんでした。（家の中も暗く、その中で過ごすことには慣れているそうです）

 

クリエイティブな精神は、しっかりと真ん中にあり、それは豊かな自然あふれる生活の中で培われていました。

自分の外に出し、表現し、形に残す機会が、少ないだけなのだと気がつきました。

 

ジュエリーＷＳ二日目は、一日目の自由な制作に、必ず伝統的な刺繍を加えることにしました。

これもまた、嬉々として小さな手を動かし続けました。

 

そして、魅力的なブローチがたくさん出来上がりました。

 

クリエイティブな精神と、自信。

たくましい未来を作る、大切な要素だと思います。

傍にいて、私たち自身もどんどん高揚していくのがわかりました。

 

There is culture of beautiful traditional embroidery in Laos. In the workshop which makes a jewelry, Tradition and free creative soul were observed. on the first day of jewelry WS,we talked tochildren “please show me the brooch which is only one to the world,you think beautiful” with the material found in the market of Vientiane. For children also without the lesson of fine arts, this is the completely first thing. we worried about confusion and puzzlement because of leaving tradition and making a new thing by oneself. But no need to worry about that.The children who participated did not stop the hand of work, even if the sun went down and it became dark. (They are used to being dark also in the inside of a house and passing in it) Creative spirit is right in the middle firmly, and it is cultivating it in the life which is full of rich nature. we noticed that there is few opportunity to take out their outside, expressed, leave a form . the second day of jewelry WS ,we made it a rule to add the traditional embroidery to the free work on the first. This continued moving a small hand willingly again. And many attractive brooches had been made. Creative spirit and confidence. I think that it is an important element which makes the brawny future. We were by the side and understood that ourselves became exalted steadily.

ワークショップ2日目

 

この日は一人ずつ、筆と絵の具をもって、ラオスの自然の色を作ってもらいました。

まるで、乾いた土が雨をぐんぐん吸い取るように、子どもたちが集中していきました。

「ああ、描きたかったんだ」

ほとばしる思いが、彼らをのめりこませていきました。

毎日走り回る野山や、草花が、ギュッと詰まったカードを描き上げました。

 

ラオスでは美術の授業がありません。

 

学校に行けることが、まず、大変な喜びなのです。

 

On that day,children were given brush and paints respectively,and they made the natural color of Laos. Children concentrated so that the dry ground might suck up rain steadily completely. Oh,They want to paint The spouting thought made them devoted. They had painted the card of the hills and fields run about every day or a flower. There is no lesson of fine arts in Laos. It is great joy that they can go to school first.
